Yes, how you organise your contact lists is entirely up to you. You can use different lists for different types of messages – for example, one list for customers and another list for staff.

You might also like to send to only one segment of your contact list. For example, you might like to only send a message to contacts who live in Victoria. Ezymsg has an advanced selection feature that you can use before sending your messages which allows you to send to specific contacts from your list.

You definitely don’t need to know HTML to use Ezymsg. Our drag and drop editor makes it easy to design and create your own emails without HTML knowledge. You can create your messages from scratch or choose from a large range of professionally-designed templates to work from.

We know that designing for mobile can be tricky, especially when it comes to email. The Ezymsg editor helps ensure your content looks good on all screen sizes. When you compose a message, you’ll see a mobile phone icon above the editor, showing that Mobile Friendly mode is enabled, which it is by default.

In mobile friendly mode, Ezymsg applies some tried and tested styling to reflow text for any screen size, so that your content is readable without needing to zoom in or scroll horizontally.
